Nodinite Insights Newsletter – May 2026!

Last Updated: May 29, 2026|

Welcome to the May edition of Nodinite Insights!

Spring is here and so is another edition of your monthly roundup of practical insights, and what’s happening in the Nodinite community.

This month we are diving into a practical question that trips up more organisations than you’d expect: can your CMDB answer the questions that matter when things go wrong? We look at three questions your integration documentation should be able to answer in seconds, and what it means if it can’t.

We’re also share something we know will be appreciated: the upcoming launch of the Nodinite Inner Circle, a new customer-exclusive members’ network arriving in June.

Let’s dig in!

###

Three Questions Your CMDB Should Be Able to Answer in Seconds-

Most organisations believe their integration landscape is documented. Until the moment they actually need that documentation.

A system goes down at 2am. A GDPR audit lands on a Friday afternoon. A platform owner asks a simple question: “How many integrations depend on my system?” And suddenly the search begins through spreadsheets, email threads, outdated Confluence pages, and the memory of whoever happened to build it three years ago.

Here are three questions that your CMDB should be able to answer in a matter of seconds.

Question 1: Integration Visibility: “How many integrations does my department or system actually have?”

Question 2: GDPR Compliance: “Which integrations handle sensitive data, and at what classification level?”

Question 3: Priority During an Outage: “If this system fails, which integrations do we fix first?”

If your current documentation can’t answer these three questions quickly and confidently, that’s one of the gaps the Nodinite Repository was built to close.

Introducing the Nodinite Inner Circle — Exclusively for Customers

We’re launching something new in June, and it’s just for you. The Inner Circle is a customer-exclusive weekly mailout designed for the people who carry real accountability for integrations; integration managers, architects, IT directors, operations leads and more among our customers.

Think of it as a members’ network: inside information before it reaches any blog or release note, anonymised benchmarks from peer organisations, invitations to small-group Round Table discussions, and customer-only webinars that go beyond the marketing-safe answers. It’s free and it takes about five seconds to join.

The first edition lands in June. Are you a Nodinite customer and want to take part of the inner Circle? Sign up now so you don’t miss it.
