We collect basic information about you to be able to provide you with the services that we provide, this includes

We collect the information directly from you, when you interact with us. If we have a contract with your company, we may have gotten your contact information from one of your colleagues.

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with on-going organisational updates and product information, as well as financial information according to our contracts. We process your personal data as you are our point of contact at your company. This processing is necessary for the administration of our business and the provision of our services, which is necessary for the legitimate interests of our business. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

If you’re a customer or a registered user with us, we’ll look at how you use our webs, which of our products, services and offers you’ve been interested in, which of our newsletters you’ve interacted with. We do this to provide you with offers and invitations to events that we think you would be interested in. How long do you keep my information?

We are required under tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of years after which time it will be destroyed. Personal data we use for marketing & newsletter purposes will either be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information, or deleted or anonymized when they are no longer relevant for the purposes for which they have been collected.

 

With whom do you share my information?

All the personal data we process are processed by our staff or other parties we have signed a Data Processing Agreement with.

We may share your personal data if it follows from law or government regulations, for example, if we have to provide information to the Swedish Tax Agency for accounting purposes.

For technical reasons, our application vendors may transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. When this is the case, we use appropriate safeguards, namely the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and Privacy Shield. Above and beyond these safeguards, we have also signed Data Processing Agreements with all vendors that process personal data on our behalf.

 

Which rights do I have?

Access: You can request a copy of the information that we hold about you.

Correction: We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

Erasure: You can demand that we erase your information. We are not allowed to erase information about you that the law requires us to keep.

Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw your consent for sharing your usage data or receiving marketing information at any time. You can do that by sending an e-mail to us.

Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. In particular if we process your personal data on the basis on legitimate interest or if we use your personal data for marketing purposes.
