Who is Tietoevry Create and what do you do?

Tietoevry Create is a company founded in the Nordics with a global presence. We have competence in design, data, analytics, AI, software engineering, innovation, and business development.

Furthermore, we have a team dedicated to Integration and Automation that is geographically spread across Sweden. Besides our team in Sweden, we have an integration team in both Finland and Norway that we work closely with.

The Swedish team consists of 60 employees with roles such as architects, integration specialists, monitoring specialist and lastly delivery managers. They can aid the technical developers in continuous services and integration projects. We are experts within the field of Integration and Automation and work with Biztalk Server, Azure Integrations Services, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, WSO2 and our own integration platform TEIS.

Our team works tirelessly to meet all our customers unique requirements and wishes for integration solutions. To ensure that best practices are being implemented and spread across our deliveries our architect council meets continuously to discuss platforms, features, and functionality.

TEIS

Tietoevry Create has its own integration Platform called TEIS. The platform is used within numerous industries such as the energy sector, retailing, private- and public sector.

TEIS has a strong hold of public sector in Sweden and is used by 270 out of 290 Swedish municipalities. TEIS is also used by local councils and government agencies. The platforms popularity stems from it being cost effective, flexible, and easily managed.

In the recent months we have, together with Nodinite, created an adapter that makes it possible for TEIS customers to monitor their integrations with Nodinite. This has been implemented for a customer and we are on a development journey working on finding the best way to create further functionality for TEIS and Nodinite together.

What results have you seen from using Nodinite with your customers?

The use of Nodinite has made it possible for our skilled personnel to elevate our monitoring to new levels. One of the key results from the use of Nodinite that we have seen is the prevention of bigger incidents. By using Nodinites’ proactive monitoring tool our customers have been able to avoid serious incidents. This has saved precious time and resources.

Furthermore, the monitoring enables quicker response time when incidents occur and through that more effective actions to solve incidents.

Using Nodinite in our integration deliveries also increases awareness of integration services to our end customers. Via role-based access we can customize a log- and monitor view with relevant and needed information about the integration services and set up a possibility for self-service.

This eliminates the appearance of integrations being a “black box”. Furthermore, the use of repository has made it easier for customers to find documentation, contact persons and wikis for specific integrations, this has in turn, made it easier for our support to help the customers in an effective way.
